Requirements for peanuts/groundnuts:
Peanuts/groundnuts should be dry and wet properly, too dry will result in high breakage rate; too wet will affect work efficiency. In order to make the wet and dry suitable, the following methods can be used:
1. Shelling in winter. Before peeling, spray about 10 kg of warm water on 50 kg of peeled fruit evenly, and cover it with plastic film for about ten hours (the time of covering with plastic film in other seasons is six hours), and then dry it in the sun for about one hour.
2. Soak the dry peanuts in a large pool, remove them immediately after soaking and cover them with plastic film for about one day, then dry them in the sun, and start peeling the shells when dry and wet is suitable.
Working principle:
The peanuts are put into the feeding hopper evenly and continuously, and the peanut shells are broken under the repeated blows and friction collisions of the rotor. Under the rotating wind pressure and blow of the rotor, the peanut kernels and broken peanut shells pass through the screen (a large-hole screen is used for the first threshing of peanuts, and the small fruit after cleaning is replaced with a small-hole screen for secondary shelling). When the peanut shells and peanuts are subjected to the blowing force of the rotating fan, the light-weight peanut shells are blown out of the machine, and the peanuts are directly discharged through the screening of the vibrating screen.
